Nick is a seasoned corporate attorney and impact driven executive.

His experience in the technology and the venture capital ecosystem is both broad and deep.

He has been part of the leadership teams at the VC backed Cash4Gold (Highland & General Catalyst), LifeLock (Bessemer, Kleiner & Goldman with IPO:NYSE), Empowered Education (backed by the founders of TrilogyEdu & ReThink) and co-founded giantgood. 

He began his career in the corporate and venture group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault (AMLaw 100) in Boston.

His experience includes corporate law, finance, M&A, technology licensing and advising investors and boards on complex strategic matters. 

He also mentors under-represented startup founders through Seedspot and executives through the Ceresa platform and serves on the Board and Audit Committee of Goodwill. 

When not helping teams grow companies, you can find him outdoors, on his mountain bike or with his family.
